These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wareflow web application, the Wareflow mobile applications and any related services (together, the "Service") provided by Bypenth Technologies Limited ("Wareflow", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by team members you invite. Notify us immediately at support@wareflowapp.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
Some features of the Service are available only on a paid subscription plan. Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change; we will give you reasonable notice of any price change before it applies to you. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend your account until payment is received.
You retain ownership of the inventory records, product data, customer data, images and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, back up and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights needed to upload it. We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you enable an online storefront, you are the seller of record for every product listed and are responsible for your product descriptions, pricing, taxes, fulfilment and customer service. Payments collected through the storefront are processed by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms. We are not a party to transactions between you and your customers.
The Service, including its software, design, logos and trademarks, is owned by Bypenth Technologies Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable. Support is provided by email according to your subscription plan.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your account remains unpaid. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export Your Content before your account is closed, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our retention practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of inventory, sales and financial figures produced by the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bypenth Technologies Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
